Grrr...Stress.....3 presentation, 1 exam and 1 quiz on the same week...OMG....Can I do it?

I realize Econ I don't understand a single things, and in 2 weeks time is mid-term, how?? I tried to read the notes but I just couldn't understand it, God I need wisdom and knowledge, God help me in all these...I need Your strength to continue this journey. I pray everything will be alright.
